Counselors in Training (CITs)

CITs must be entering the 10th grade and are carefully selected for this important role. They serve as positive role models, eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the camp community. Working closely alongside our counselors, CITs help guide, motivate, and supervise younger campers while supporting daily camp activities.

Throughout the summer, CITs build strong leadership and interpersonal skills by leading activities, assisting with problem-solving, and modeling teamwork and compromise. This hands-on experience helps them develop essential skills in time management, organization, follow-through, and goal-setting—preparing them not only to be effective CITs but also successful students and future leaders.

CITs are required to attend a minimum of 3 days per week for 3 weeks.
