The following paperwork is for all campers. Please complete and return the paperwork to the Wee Luv’em Day Care Office
or email to camp@weeluvem.com no later than June 19, 2026.
CHILDREN WILL NOT BE ADMITTED INTO THE PROGRAM UNTIL ALL FORMS ARE SUBMITTED.
